Is obtained from a selection of grapes from Trebbiano Toscano, Verdicchio, Garganega and
Grechetto.
The wine, straw yellow in colour with a alight tint of green, has a very charmingly
refined airy aromour. The taste is dry, fresh and fruity.
The wine is best served at a temperature of 10/12° and goes with hors-d'oeuvres, plates
of fish and crustaceans.
Alcohol grading is 11,5% vol.
