This wine is produced from the grapes Sangiovese and Montepulciano. It has a salmon
pink colour with a fruitty perfume, and is very lively due to the natural carbon dioxide
gained from the fermentation at a controlled temperature.The flavour is very invitingly
soft and velvety and is best served at a temperature between 10/12°. The wine goes
perfectly with hors d'oevres either typical from Umbria or any type of cured pork. It also
coes perfectly with any light, non spicey first courses.Alcohol grading 12% vol.
