Grappa di Grechetto

This product is obtained from the distillation of the marcs of the "Grechetto" grapes after low pressure treading. The distillation occurs in a series of independent steam boilers, wich were especially designed in the 19th century for the distillation of small amounts of this product. This grappa has a very soft, smooth flavour and a deep, intense fragrance.
